Best Robot Vacuums and Mop Systems

This robot vacuum-mop makes an ideal choice for apartment dwellers as it uses a smaller docking system and carries its own rubbish bin. The app lets you set up various modes and monitor the cleaning. The mopping feature is also impressive.
Its obstacle avoidance and mapping are impressive, and it mops very well and removes pet hair, spillages, and dirt. It also self-empties and cleans and re-fills its tank.
Roomba from iRobot Combo
The iRobot Combo is a robot that is able to vacuum and mop. The iRobot Combo can't replace our Editors' Choice winner, the Deebot X1 Omni. It scrubs more, and has a mobile app that is more user-friendly however it's a great alternative. In our tests, it consistently picked up dirt of all sizes and types from carpets and hard floors. Its obstacle avoidance system isn't the most sophisticated in the world, and isn't equipped with structured light and other technologies like LiDAR, yet it did a good job of preventing collisions with furniture and other clutter.
The Combo has the same smarts as the j7 Plus, including new onboard acoustic sensors to identify the type of floor and AI-powered navigation. However, it lacks the ability to set suction power manually. It's also a little less compact than its vac-only model, and it doesn't have an auto-empty dock.
The Combo is one of my favorites for most homes. Its elegant design is also one of the best I've seen. The matte black finish is more sophisticated than the metallic or glossy finishes of the majority of competitors. iRobot also adds some elegant touches, like the leather tab to open the bin on board and a shelf that can hold bags in the dock. The iRobot Combo makes it easy to create maps and set up Keep-Out Zones.
Roborock
Roborock, a relatively new player in the robot vacuum and mop market, has already established itself with a suite innovative cleaning technologies. Roborock's vacuums are world-class in suction, and its mopping systems use vibrating mops to keep floors clean. You can also alter the cleaning process of the bot using a variety of scheduling and mapping options.
Roborock's obstacle avoidance feature allows the robot to spot objects that are lower than its own height. This is especially useful for Roborock's most popular models, like the Qrevo Master. It is the best of its kind in terms of navigation, due to the combination of vSLAM, and LiDAR. Other Robovacs are known to slam into furniture and run over pet faeces and faeces with no awareness however the Qrevo Master solves this issue by using a Reactive AI system that uses twin cameras to perceive objects in a room.
Roborock robots are equipped with a variety of convenience features to cut down on maintenance. These include docks that are auto-emptied and mop-washing stations with many functions. These features eliminate the need to empty the dust bins or wash mops by hand, allowing for a truly hands free ownership experience. The app is simple to use thanks to its easy-to-use design and lag-free connection to the robot.
Hobot Legee D8
Hobot Legee, with its broad range of integrated cleaning features and advanced mopping capabilities is among the top robot vacuums/mops available for both wet and dry floors. Its advanced navigation system blends five technologies to design and execute the most efficient route. It also detects different flooring materials, and obstacles with pinpoint accuracy. It can lift its body up to 7mm in order to glide across carpets. Smart spray system makes the right amount of water for stain removal, without leaving water marks.
The Legee is a Gen 4 robot that competes directly with the Eufy Robovac X9 and Ecovacs Deebot T20, both of which cost more. It comes with more features, including a flexible D-shaped robot that can clean corners and under cabinets more effectively than the round version. Its sensors include 360deg 3D (Lidar, Encoder, Gyro E-compass, and Encoder), four forward-facing and one right-side-facing FDS (IR ToF sensors for distance) and two Cliff detectors, front and back (most robots have just one pair). The robot also comes with Legee SLAM that helps to reduce the bump-and-grind issues that plague Gen 4 Robots.
In contrast to other robots, the Legee has a built-in trash compactor, and is compatible with the less noisy 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. The LuLu mop cleaner station washes, refills, and dries the mop 'cloth'. The mop can be used up to six times longer than you would with other mops. It also reduces the amount of waste produced and the frequency of bin emptying.
Karcher RCV 5
Known for its pressure washers and garden tools, Karcher has been dabbling in robot vacuums for quite a while, and this is their most tech-savvy model. It creates maps for your home with LiDAR and can be programmed to mop or vacuum. It can also tell the distinction between hard floors and carpets, so that you don't get the dreaded pile of puddles.
auto vacuum is top-notch it can navigate around furniture and rugs with ease and even lowering itself up steps. The machine is customizable by adjusting different settings, such as cleaning schedules and the rooms it should be cleaning. It also has a handy emergency button that will oblige the robot to return to its base when it is running out of power, and it can be programmed to automatically shut itself off when the weather is forecast to be stormy.
The RCV 5 is very easy to use and, despite being heavy, at around 4kg, you won't experience difficulty moving it around furniture. Safety features such as sensors that warn it to avoid stairs will be appreciated by those with small children. Once it is charged, the device takes only about a couple of hours to recharge and the two buttons on the top will turn green to let you that it is ready for use.
Mova E30 Ultra
The Mova E30 Ultra is a robot vacuum cleaner that balances advanced cleaning technology with affordability. It's a competitor to models like the Dreame L10 Ultra and Roborock's Q Revo. Despite its price being lower, the Mova E30 Ultra offers features that many more expensive models can't match. It utilizes sensors to alter the settings for various surfaces and floors and also to find areas with dirtier surfaces. It can also move at slow speeds to avoid damage to furniture and walls.
The device can help you map your home's interior, which you can view through the app. You can also mark specific areas and objects that you want the vacuum to stay away from. The vacuum will slow down when it detects an obstruction, and avoid getting into it. The device also comes with an intelligent dust bin, that alerts you to the fullness of the bin so that you can empty the bin on time.
The Mova E30 Ultra is an budget-friendly option for anyone looking to outsource their everyday cleaning chores. It has dual functionality as mop and robot vacuum that lets you keep your floors clean without having to lift a finger. It also has a clever design that improves the efficiency of cleaning corners by up to 60%. It comes with a suction capacity of up to 7,000 Pa and RoboSwing arm, and can be controlled via the app or voice assistants like Alexa or Siri.
Beko RCV3
The Beko RCV3 is a sleek and well-equipped hybrid robot vacuum/mop that does a fantastic job of keeping floors clean and span. It isn't able to lift its mop to clean carpets or rug, as does the Roborock S8 MaxV ultra, however, it is extremely effective at cleaning hard floors. It has a self emptying bin, a high level of suction, a range of mopping options, and a premium app that runs on iOS and Android.
It's smaller than the other models, and its main brush is smaller but it still managed an impressive job in our test room. The edge brush that rotates on the side is a nice addition. While it didn't remove dirt as effectively as other competitors, it did a great job.
Cleaning parameters can be pre-set for each room and the device will create detailed maps of rooms by using LiDAR's built-in navigation. The application is simple to use and comes with a variety of options for voice output that can keep you informed about the condition of your robot. Regular software updates enhance and improve the capabilities. The application can also be used to remotely manage the RCV3 when you're not at home.
